LG V40 ThinQ With Penta-Camera Setup Will go on sale on Amazon
LG V40 ThinQ smartphone was launched in the month of October 2018 . The device features a Penta-camera setup with triple rear cameras and dual front cameras. Now, the company is planning to bring this flagship smartphone to India.
Amazon has displayed a banner on their homepage which this news. The LG V40 ThinQ smartphone will go on sale on January 20 exclusively on Amazon India. At the moment, the price of the flagship device has not been revealed. The phone will be launched in two color variants: Moroccan Blue and Platinum Grey.

The flagship device sports a 6.4-inch Olead QHD+ display with a resolution of 1440×3120 pixels. It has an aspect ratio of 19.5: 9 and it comes with the protection of Corning Gorilla Glass 5. Under the hood ,the phone is powered by Flagship Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 Octa-Core processor.
It comes with 6GB RAM and 128GB of in-built storage. The storage can be expanded upto 512GB with the help of Micro-SD card.
The LG V40 ThinQ smartphone has a unique triple rear camera setup. The primary sensor is a 16 megapixel ultra-wide lens which has an aperture of f/1.9, 1/3.1″, 1.0µm, no AF . The rest of the two cameras are of 12-megapixels. One is 52mm telephoto lens with an aperture of f/2.4, 1.0µm and 2x optical zoom, OIS, PDAF. The other one is a 27mm standard lens which has an aperture of f/1.5, 1/2.6″and comes with dual pixel PDAF.
The camera includes features such as LED flash, HDR, panorama. Moving on to the front, it has a Dual camera setup. The primary sensor is a 8 megapixel (F / 1.9 aperture, 1.4 microns pixels size). The secondary sensor is 5-megapixel wide angle lens with aperture f/2.2, 1.4µm.
LG V40 ThinQ has a 3300 mAh Non-removable Li-Po battery with support for Quick Charge 3.0. The device is expected to charge 50% in 36 minutes. It also supports 10W Fast wireless charging .The device will be running on Android 8.1 Oreo out of the box.
